Ford model 19-105 front end loader

Anyone have a Ford model 19-105 front end loader on their NAA tractor? I found one I am looking at for $450. Seems like a really good price to me. It needs some hoses, paint, and TLC. I am hoping to make the deal later today. Here is a picture of it on an 8n. The literature says they were made for N's, NAA's, 600's and 800 series tractors. I found a manual for it on-line already.

Got the loader off the 8N, on my truck and got it home. Only problem is that I couldn't get the mounting plate and pump mount. Someone had welded the plate to the bolster. No big deal as it wouldn't fit my Jubilee anyway. I will be building one for my tractor. I am thinking that 3/8" steel for the plate. The one on the 8N looked like 1/4". Any thoughts that 3/8" is overkill? I don't guess anyone would have a dimensional drawings of the mounting plate? Just thought I would ask. Here is a picture of the parts I need to mount the loader.

Could you post pictures of how you mount your pump, and the front mount as you go. I may be getting a loader for my '63 4000, which was on a case 880. I did not see how it was mounted on the case, but I know it was different then the Ford. I need idea's as to how to mount both the pump, and to the front.

Thanks, Pat

I think I got lucky. I found the front mounting plate on Messick's for $59.39 + $17.46 shipping. A lot easier and less time that building it from scratch. Still have to build the pump mount and the rear mounts. One less job to worry about.

Well, Messick's just cancelled my order as NA. I got in touch with a rep at New Holland. She took all the numbers I had and is going to try and track down some dimensional drawings of the attachment parts kit for me. I can make the parts without the drawings, but it sure would be easier with them. Would eliminate a lot of back and forth to the loader and tractor. And they would fit the first time. If she can come through with the drawings, I will post them for anyone that needs them.

Thanks, it does help me vision on what I have to do, to get it to work. If you do get the drawings, I'd definitely like to see them.

I am able to buy a loader cheap that was on a case 880. It was sitting in a barn, with no bucket. He never had one, he had a spear for picking up round bales. It will need new hoses, and a control, and pump.

The mount I get with it, and totally different. They are the quick release type. But I think I can get them to work, by some how mounting them to the side in the rear. I have to figure out how to mount the front to the tractor. Which your pictures help.

Here is a picture of the front of mine, right now. I have the tractor completely stripped down, getting it ready to paint.

What does the pump drive look like. And what do I need to do, to connect it to the crank?

One thing I don't do, is run out of questions! lol

Would you Please post some pictures of your loader. I would like to see the frame work of it. I need some idea's as to how to mount, and make mine work.

Thanks, Pat

Your pictures have helped me a lot, Thank you! I know how, to mod this one to mount onto my 4000. It will be easy. Some what!

What is the pump you'll be using. I have to get one, and I have no clue as to what they are called.

Also, do you have a idea as to where to look for a drive setup, or parts for the pump.

I use to have a 8n some 25-30 years ago with a loader on it. I use to know what pump was on it, as it was the same one Bridgeport used on our milling machines. I always knew where I could get a replacement if I needed one. lol

Thanks, Pat

The pump came with my loader. I haven't looked at it that close yet. Looks like the pump drive parts can be had right here on the site. I know the parts for my tractor are here. I am going to try to post the manual I found for my loader. I couldn't post the link so look at this screenshot and go to the address and see if you can find anything that helps you.

Thanks, I have found what I needed for the parts. I saw the site name on the bottom of the parts diagram picture you posted. I am going to see if I can find a used pump.

Thanks again, Pat

Iv'e been bouncing around from one project to the next. Finally ready to get back on my FEL. Been waiting for a warm enough day to put some paint on it first. Still sitting on the back of my truck, I thought I would get some pictures.
