2110 Counterbalence Timing

Does anyone know timing of the counterbalence shaft on 2110 diesel. I put on tdc and have weights hanging down towards oil pan.Not sure if this is correct or not. The engine is a T854b

Threw me off for a moment.

I assume your talking about the 83-87 Shibaura built 2110 compact tractor, and not the 68-75 Ford built 2110 LGC based off of a standard 2000.

Do you have a manual?
Usually there are timing marks or a procedure for timing the counter balancers, it should be in the service manual.

No manual or timing marks yes Shibaura built 2110 engine.

That is the correct way to time the balancer as described in the ford service manual for that tractor.
