Need model and serial info

I have an old 50?s model ford tractor and I?m trying to do some repairs on it but I need the model and serial numbers. I?ve looked online and the sites on old ford tractors...well their info doesn?t quite match what I see on my tractor.
I think I have a hundred series. My casting numbers are above the starter on the left side. Here?s what you show:
D3JL6015J...this is actually on the block.
Ford 172...this was on a tag that is stamped on the block
4 1201...above the starter
Diamond 42591 diamond...above the starter
If someone could help me identify this tractor to help me get parts, I?d appreciate it.
Thanks
Tito

Should look like this

Numbers above the starter say that it's a 1964 4000 with a 4 speed and PTO as the others have said. The 4 cylinder 4000 was basically a slight improvement with not many design changes from the 800 and 801 series that came before it.

The casting code on the block, D3JL6015J, says that the engine is a replacement engine from a later time, most likely from an industrial application. The D3 at the beginning means that the casting was designed in 1973. The JL in the next two spots means that it was designed by the Industrial division for the Industrial division. The "Ford 172" tag is another hint that it was from an industrial application, as Ford never put those tags on the engines that were installed into tractors at the factory. The engine is basically the same 172 ci red tiger engine that the tractor would have originally had, but it probably has a few small design changes that should make it even more durable in the long run.
