First of all I apologize for the pictures, these are like 3 hours away, and they only sent me the two pictures. Buddys father in law owns them. Any guess as to models and values? Thanks!

Is the 545 the tractor number or the loader number? I thought it was the model of the loader, but I don't really know?

The second looks a LOT like my neighbors 3550. I have a 4400, and I don't know how similar a 4500 is, but this tractor looks nothing like my 4400. The Hoe is strikingly similar though.

Well, the first one is self evident: 545 Industrial. The second one looks like a smaller model.
You're asking too much of us to give you price advice. You should bring a qualified mechanic with you before you make an offer. They both look like they have 1/4-1/3 tread left. One has a
leak of some sort. I don't know the drive line, probably diesel with hydraulic shuttle shift.
Most operators use mini-excavators now, so a tractor backhoe has low value. If they are in business, they are probably $Zero on the books. There is basically no upper limit on costs for
repair. If they are sound tractors, you might figure a couple thou each. If you can't do your own work, don't take chances. Just an inspection with fluid and filter changes will cost you
a $thousand at a dealership.

Click the link for some info on the 545.
The second one is anyone's guess.
The 4400, 3550, 4500 and 545 all had the same basic chassis.
The biggest difference between them was the steering and front axle.
Your 4400 is a soft nose - used the same nose as the ag 4000, 5000. Reservoir for the loader is in the frame of the loader itself. The rest are hard nose models with the reservoir for the hoe and/or loader in the nose above the radiator.
545 is newer - 76? - 83. The rest are pre 75
