4000 lift

I have no lift with implement hooked up. I have new pump and seal kit. New o ring on unloader valve. New o ring on lift piston. New safety relief valve. Lift works with nothing hooked up. No lift with weight. I have posted on this issue previously just seeing if any other options.
 

Refresh my memory. Is this an early or a late 4000. In other words, does it have a 4 cylinder engine or a 3 cylinder one?
 

WELL... that it works with no weight... and drops normally... tells me what is good.... that the control valve is working

but not with weight..


have you tired to lift with out the top link attached.. that would eliminate any toplink/spring misadjustment...

assuming that is okay and no top link and it still does not lift heavy weight.......


low pressure from pump... need to pressure check it.

leak... from relief valve, piston leak, scored cyl, or leak in high pressure circuit... a pressure test should also show the pressure drop, it tested closer to cyl.... or acs port... if you have one on the top plate...
