4600 power steering pump

Seems the power steering hydraulic oil is getting into motor. Is this possible? How to fix?

Common as dirt. I have repaired dozens of them. I keep a couple of seal kits in stock.
Front seal or seals have gotten hard and deteriorated.To remove pump from tractor. Unhook
lines. Remove 2 bolts. Take center bolt out of reservoir, mark it's position in
relationship to the pump housing. A big o ring seals the tank to the pump. You will find a
filter inside, change it while in there. Bend the locking tab under the nut holding the
gear. Remove the nut, shaft is tapered with a woodruff key. after gear is removed there
will be snap ring and a seal, some have 2 seals back to back. Replace seals and reassemble
and reinstall. Fill with fluid and bleed.
