Everybody. I need some help. My bucket cylinder the double acting cylinder is leaking really bad. I took the cylinder apart and saw that the packing is bad on the rod end. Does anybody know what replacement packing I can get for this? I've been looking around but I'm having trouble finding it. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Quoting Removed, click Modern View to see I never see the diagram when someone puts this link up. I see parts list but no diagram.

Yeah the Messicks/CNH parts/diagrams system is kind of quirky. The link I gave has no diagram, only a list of major assemblies. However if you click on an assembly you should get a diagram at the top and the parts list at the bottom. Sometimes it takes a while for the page to render. Also I think the site may work better or worse depending on what platform and browser you are using.

The 19-97 is a 703 series loader. Packing kits can be found on Ebay, Baum Hydraulics, or Messicks just to name a few. When searching look for 703 instead of 19-97.

Are the seals the same for the lift cylinders and the bucket seals?

Also if you haven't found the Messicks page for the 19-97 / 703 loader below is the link. Looks like you need seal kit 251164 or third party equivalent. Be careful and verify before ordering.

No, the rod diameter for the tilt is 1.25", and the rod diameter for the lift is 1.375".
