NY State ROPS program

A few years back I put a ROPS on my 671 and received a substantial rebate from NY state ROPS program. I just received some literature from
them saying the program is still active and to spread the word that they have funds available. This is for NY residents of course but it says they
are affiliated with the National ROPS rebate program.

Which states currently offer this program?
Currently, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, New Hampshire, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, and Minnesota offer this program; though in some instances, you may be placed on a waitlist if funding is temporarily unavailable. We are working hard to bring the National ROPS Rebate Program to additional states.
