No way of knowing for sure... no records of such options. However, since even having a single remote hydraulic valve was an option, I'd say less than 1/2... probably less than 1/3 of them have dual remotes.

No.

Many have a single remote (one lever and two couplings).

Few have dual remotes (two levers and 4 couplings.

The one I just bought does have dual Hydraulics that's why I was wondering.

I don't think any ever came form the factory with remotes. As far as I am aware, the remotes at best were dealer installed options at the time of purchase, or were added at a later time by the owner or the dealer.
