I have a steering mess going on with this tractor. If I turn the steering wheel slowly my front wheels will not move. If I turn the steering wheel briskley I can get them to move. When you get to the wheel stops left or right you can just go right on turning. Acts to me as if I have an open bypass valve. When it is around 30 degrees in the morning it acts as it should until it gets warm.. any suggestions? Also is their anything as a decent manual for this tractor the one that came with it is useless to me.

Rebuild the steering cylinder, it's bypassing internally.
