641 power adjust wheel options

Hello, I recently purchased a 641 for my next project, it has power adjust wheels that are beyond repair due to calcium rust, my question is because this tractor
has hubs that look to be at a different position than non power adjust tractors has anyone ever put regular scallop style center and six loop rims on one of these and
if so is there enough options with positioning the rim on the disc so the tire sits nice on the tractor, when I say nice I mean I want to keep the tractor in narrow at
all times but just wondering with the different hubs if the tire ends up too far away from the fender

They used the same hubs, whether they had the power adjust or not... sounds like yours has the hub extensions. Many have been switched from power adjust to the 6-loops. Another option, although pricey, is new power adjust rims. I've seen them advertised on ebay and in a boneyard's ad. (ASAP Ag Parts, maybe?)

ok, I have not yet removed the wheels, the hubs look like deep cone shaped units, if these are the extensions do they just unbolt or are they part of the axle, either
way regular rims and centers should work distance wise?

PA rims can be replaced with 6 loop rims. You will have to use 6 loop centers cause the PA centers won't work. The extensions look like this and can easily unbolted once center disc is off. if you do take them off then you won't be able to move you rims all the way in cause you will hit your fenders. The extensions can also be used with the 6 loop center.

If extensions, they can come off of the hubs. Regular centers and rims can be set to several different configurations depending on width desired. The only one you can't do (without extensions in place) is where the dish is "in" and the rim is also inside the dish. In the following picture from the owners manual, you should be able to set anything but the one on the right depending on tire width.

The 4 inch extensions were built for use with power adjusted rear wheels on 6 and 800 tractors. You will not be able to run PARW all the way in on a 6/800 without hitting the fenders unless extensions are used. Extensions were not needed on row crops since they had final drive housings.

Power Adjust rims are now listed on All States Ag Parts now at https://www.external_link.com/11-x-28-Spin-Out-Rear-Rim-p/158482.htm
