Im rebuilding my ford 3000 and am trying to find a tool that will work to install the rear oil seal. Anyone know where i can get something that will work and happen to have an extra for sale?

You can use the old seal as a driver. The only caution is to make sure that the new seal is square to the crank when you're done.

Thats and idea, I was considering buying a real seal installer kit but I dont think I would find anything with a almost 5" diameter. Thanks for the help.

I made my own, the piece of 6061-T6 aluminum tubing was $35.00, then spent about 30 minutes machining it.
