c 321132 / b1c22 / 1L 11b these are the three #s on tractor. also a metal tag nxt to steering wheel c-114-26?

C321132 is your serial number. Since it starts with a "C", it's a U.S. built tractor.
B1C22 doesn't look like a model number to me. B would indicate a 2000, if it is a model number.
1L11B is the unit number. The one could be 1971, 1981, 1991... without knowing more about the tractor, I can't say which decade.
L11 would be November 11th, B is second shift.
No ideas about the tag by the steering wheel.

Serial number C321132 is consistent with a 71 model tractor made in the US

B1C22 is not a good number, look at it closer and see if the C is actually a 0.
B1022 though missing the last letter does look like a correct code.
B = 2000 series
10 = All purpose
2 = gas engine
2 = trans pto
? = missing letter denoting what trans it has.

(quoted from post at 05:14:16 10/30/17) thanks so much guys,tag under hood states trans 1JO7B rear axle 1P23B engine IKO7B

Those are just date codes for when those components were assembled.

trans 1JO7B - September 7 1971 day shift
rear axle 1P23B - This one can't be correct. The letter in the second spot could only be A through M, so P is probably a B which would be February 23, 1971 day shift
engine IKO7B - October 7, 1971 day shift.

As the others have said, it looks like the third character in the model number should be a numeral, not a letter, and is most likely a zero, and the last character, which should be a letter, is missing. But it does look like it is most likely a 2000 with a gasoline engine and trans driven PTO. If it only has a single stick transmission, then it is a 4 speed and the last letter would be an "A". If it is a twin stick then it is most likely a 6 speed which would make the missing letter at the end a "B", but it could be an 8 speed which would make it a "C". If it were an 8 speed it would be more likely to have live PTO though, as most folks who bought a 2000 with non-live PTO were looking for a low price and the 8 speed would have been too much of a jump in price for most to not add the live PTO as well.

Recheck the tag for the transmission date code, as Sean stated there's no letter P used in the codes.
Ford used letters A - M omitting the letter I so it wouldn't be mistaken for a number 1. A thru M without I is 12 letters representing the 12 month calendar year.
As Sean said it the P could be the letter B for February, but I find this odd as most times the component build dates are always within a few months before the tractors assembly date.
Look on the axles mounting flange where it bolts to the transmission for the stamped date.

Let us know what you find and also tell us which trans you have.

I have a 2 stick trany, 4speed on left. hi/lo on rite. tractor also has a front loader and an arps 728 backhoe

If that's 4 forward speeds and one reverse on the main shifter plus the hi/low ranges on the second shifter, then it is the 8 speed and the model number should be B1022C which is a gasoline engine 2000 with non-live PTO and an 8 speed transmission.
