1964 ford 2000 widding front end

Heat. Lots of heat and an impact wrench. If
you don't have a torch keep soaking the
bolts with WD40 or the equivalent for a
week or so.

If you can get the nuts off, soak the bolts with some
penetrating oil, jack front end up to get the weight off front end
and drive the bolts out...

Beat, heat, soak, then tomorrow start over again... due to rust and electrolysis, they will almost weld themselves to the axle.

I put the nut on the bolt and then beat both the nut and bolt end.. so as to not flair up the end of the bolt... If you flare it, you will need to cut if off with a torch or hacksaw to get it out after it breaks loose.
