Anyone got a diagram or any part numbers for this air operated grease pump. It is a 50:1 unit.. and I have 2.. One quit a few years back and it's been in the corner.. the other just quit.

I went to Alemite's site and could not find any documentation.

Thanks

Is that one of the hand held units or a big 5 gal bucket type unit?? I have a couple of the 5 gal units and do not use them any more but when I was using them I was also working as a truck driver and heavy equipment operator so I needed a lot of grease

Yeah, they are bucket/keg styles.

I bet its just an oring problem.. Just havnt brought myself to open it without a diagram yet ;)

Yep understand the not wanting to open it up with out a picture of how it should be. I have hand my hands into so many things over he year that now days I want a picture of how it should be before I open things up. What I hate the most is when some one brings you something they opened up and then could not get it back together so then you have to not only figure out how it should be but also figure out what all they messed up

Exactly. That diagram lets you look for things that should have pins or orings, etc, that may help you find the issue as you take it apart.

I'm actually surprised that I can't even find a manual to these things.. Very few if any, online references to the model #. Must have been a very limited run on that model.

Or as we deal with all the time with these older tractors obsolete. I have a post hole auger that the company that made it is still in business but they no longer make them so every thing about the thing has been thrown away

I have a Alemite oil pump. holds 5gal gear oil like used to have at stations years ago. Cannot find any info from Alemite, so old they tossed info.
