Ford 3000 loss of power

I recently bought land that had a Ford 3000 in the barn. The previous owner told me to keep it. I do not know the exact year model it is, or if that matters. But I'm usually mechanically savvy and I got it to crank and idle okay at about 16-1800 rpms after changing the oil and putting new fuel filters on and also cleaning the air intake. It will run in all gears in high and low. My only problem is that after about 10 minutes of running good, it struggles once it gets put under a load such as going up a hill. I've even got a bush hog and attached that and attempted to cut down some tall grass, it does great for 10 minutes then it wants to bog down. All 3 injectors have fuel making it to the cylinders and the injection pump has a good return to the tank. I just do not know where to look from here on out.

Changed oil in inj pump? Use same oil as engine. Drain is 1/2 wrench on bottom fill to same size on side by throttle shaft, fills at top 7/8-15/16 hex plug. Wont hurt to over fill a little bit.

Could also be crud in the bottom of the tank, blocking off most of the fuel flow.
Take the shut-off valve out of the tank and clean the screen, assuming it hasn't been broken off...
Also - idle would be around 700 rpm. 1800 is well up into the working range.

Something else to check would be your air filter
canister and see if it?s about stopped up, I had a
3000 Ford one time that lost power and wouldn?t
hardly go at all, mine was clogged up, took the
breather out of tractor and pressure washed it and
brought the old gal back to life
