i recently drained old hyd & trans fluids and replaced with UTF. Old fluids were tan colored & stinky. Immediatly the lift started working, it would lift & stay up. Now it lifts up, falls 2-3 inches, lifts up, falls 2-3 inches, and so on. It never goes ALL the way down to the ground. I don't have a manual yet, don't want to buy the wrong one. Any help appreciated.
