Ford 651 lift problem

Having a problem with the 3-point lift on my 1960 651. Nothing happens through about 3/4 of movement of the implement lift control. Then it starts raising and will continue until I reach full up movement of the handle, although the lift doesn't raise as high as it should (compared to my Jubilee). Weight on the lift doesn't seem to be a problem, just the amount of movement. Any ideas?

I assume you've tried both draft control and position control
modes. Do they both react the same?

If it is the cam follower pin they
are 5 bucks from Dennis carpenter.
I have one on my desk, waiting for
a day off to fix my 960 lift.

Like others have already said, the cam follower pin is worn out (or the draft/position control lever is in the draft position).

Replace the pin and perform the draft and position control adjustments as directed in the I & T FO-20 manual. Use the alternative (no special tools required) procedures.

I can put the control lever all the way up. Then flip the draft lever down and then push on the draft lever and it will pick up the lift all the way up and stay there. I am guessing that all of you are right about the cam follower pin being worn.Looks like time to pull the lift and I might as well buy the parts and do a complete rebuild.
