My Jube would start run a minute and when you started to move it would quit! I went through the usual drill;carb, points, plugs, etc. I found nothing wrong! Finally I drained the gas and put new in and it ran fine.I live down around Newnan, Ga. and that is where I bought my fuel. Anybody had the same problem?
Thanks,

We live in Central AL. Filled up both my fords at a non ethenol pump, got em home would not stay running. Drained a ton of water out of em. Checked gas can it had water in it too. I've had to find another place to buy gas! No issues with new station.

No non ethanol pumps or stations in my area, 10% ethanol is mandatory at all pumps.
I get non ethanol farm fuel delivered from my bulk supplier, they tell me I'm one of the few farmers left that still has a bulk gas storage tank, it cost more but I don't have problems with carburetors on our small engines or gas powered tractors.
For me it's worth the extra cost.

Sounds like AL and Ga are getting loads of hurricane fuel coming in from Fl, La and Tx.
I remember a few states having problems with water in the fuel after Sandy flooded NJ and NY.

Don't blame non ethanol fuel for a water problem, after all ethanol attracts water, gas doesn't.

Not in GA but I got a couple 5 gal cans of not so good hurricane Irma gas here in E central FL. Most stations had no power and others had no gas, was lucky to get any gas at all. Kept the generator running but I had to let the water settle and be sure not to pour the bottom gas with a little water in it into the genny. All stations were open and most had received gas within 4-5 days after the storm.
