Hi there,
My dad has just spent ?800 restoring hydraulic rams on a Ford 4000, which previously ran perfectly. He tried to start it after 1 month of it sitting about, but it runs for 5 seconds then cuts out.
Any ideas on why this might be happening? I don't know much about diesel engines. Maybe there is water in the fuel or fuel not getting through.
Any help appreciated!
