I'd love to have one like that. My neighbor on the other hand would hate it but he could not do any thing about it. My mile long drive way crosses his land and ever since he got his land he has been the north end of a south going mule so he would just have to learn to live with it since I have had to learn to live with his bull. Sure would help me a lot since UPS does not like to drive down my driveway due to tree limbs hitting the sides of there trucks and being such a pain to try to cut them
 
My 4000 was originally set up like that before I bought it. It also had a 3 point hitch mounted, PTO driven, rotary mower on the back. The front pump and boom mower were gone when I bought it, but the mounting frame and hydraulic reservoir were still there as well as the 3 point mower. It was a challenge getting that frame off of the tractor when I added a loader to it.
 
I too would so like to have a tractor mower setup like that:

not to get off topic here, but how does that work out, that you have to cross another person land to get to your land, I am assuming you have no land bordering a public roadway,

I looked at a place like that years ago and quickly figured I did not want to deal with that,

I can see so many problems.

I am old school, "good fences and clearly defined property boundaries make for good neighbors"
 
In Missouri you cannot land lock a person. My deed at one time said access and said access but with the laws and judges as they are now days if one has $$ one can cut across things that have ben done for decades and screw others. If I had the $$ to do so a couple neighbors and a Judge would have to pay up for what I have lost due to lawyers judges etc.
