what else. like everyone else ?? Ford Jubilee Hydraulics

Have a new to me Jube and the three point hitch when lifting studders/chadders as it goes up.

To me I read on here and determined maybe air in system so I bleed it..and no air bubbles to I bleed it alot and no air bubbles.

Do I still need to bleed MORE!! or is there something else I can check. it lifts fine and works fine I just know the chattering is not normal and I bleed the vane pump-alot and got no bubbles?!

what would be next to try/do to it?????

thank you all.

What's the oil look like?? If it looks like chocolate milk good chance it has water in it and water does not work well in a hyd system

Oil looks good. looks fresh. carmel colored and "clear". oil is good not milky at all. ive seen water in Hyd fluid with my 8n years ago this looks perfect.

sorry if thats the wrong type of pump. She has the original style pump and im bleeding from the allen screws on the top right of the pump if looking at it from the top as installed in position.

thank you

From your description, it is probably a piston pump, which is not original on an Jubilee NAA. If there is no long any air at the 3/8s pipe plug then it is time to remove the pump and repair. probably bad check valve springs.

I will review the manual and what not as to what to repair. so the top has gotta come off. darn ok.

so the piston pump was not originally in this tractor? ok I did replace a check valve on the 8n YEARS ago.

Thank you
