I need find some parts for my 1971 4500 TLB which I can't find. First is the rear bushing for the front axle pivot (part number C5NN3A454A). Second part I need are the upper pins for the 740 series loader, the ones with the taper that are a little over 8" long overall (part number 7000173). I was going to build the pins back up with weld, and machine the ends back to round, but they were in my truck when it got stolen (damn thieves).

If you have a lathe why not just machine new ones? Wouldn't think it would be that hard, certainly easier than welding and machining.

I ordered some brass to make new bushings, only $70.00 for the piece of brass tube (compared to $100.00 + for just the front bushing). I've decided to make new pins for the loader arms also, the 2" bar stock isn't that expensive, the only thing is what grade of steel to use for the pins. I can spark test one of the lower pins to get an idea on what to use.
