First let me say I've read the book and followed others various PS post over the last few month. Even with all that I still did the don'ts. I remove the control valve being careful not to let plungers etc. not to fall out and carefully set it aside looking back at the steering gear I notice the bottom large race is missing so I go back and look at the bottom side of the control valve and see the race stuck to the control valve. I lift it gently to remove the race and you can guess what happens. Thing start falling out try to catch them until every thing fall out. At least I had it over a flat box with a shop towel in it. But now I don't know which bore the plungers came out or the reaction plunger came out and whether the inside groove on the valve is up or down. Trying not to be long winded here are my questions
1 Am I SOL?
2 If not is the groove on the valve toward top or bottom?
3 lookin at the pic which bore does the reaction plunger anti cavitation valve go in?
top call 12 o'clock going clockwise, 5 o'clock, 7 and 10 o'clock
4 is there only one ball in the reaction plunger anti-cav valve assy.
pic was taken prior yo removal of the control valve.
thanks in advance. Any and all help appreciated
