Ford 530 and 532 differences?

I have a 530 Ford baler. What is the difference between the 530 and the 532? Just a newer model?

The 532 is a newer model. Exactly what the difference are... I'm not entirely sure. I would tend to think they are minor...

The 532 has a needle brake as opposed to the 530's needle parking latch on the knotter shaft. The 532 has spring-loaded latches on the swinging tongue that can be operated from the tractor seat. The 530 has a vertical pin that must be manually removed, tongue shifted, and the pin replaced.

Hay dogs are different, twine disc's are larger on 532's.

The 532 was a very popular baker in this area. I can think of 6 in about a 10 mile area. I suppose the local dealer has a lot to do with that. We ran our last one until about 2007.
