Ford 172 diesel injector nozzle install

Would there be anything I need to know about installing new nozzles in the injector bodies? Is the pressure already set in the new nozzles? Any tips on the work ?

Injector tester is used to check the opening pressure, and adjust if needed.

Wheres the adjustment? Im pretty sure I have a manual that covers this, somewhere Lost In Space. I have a tester.

The large hex cap the return line bolts to is the lock nut for the adjustment screw, under the cap.

I bought new cap seal washers from CNH partstore but I dont see how it would be adjustable if you tighten the cap to the ring seal.

I repeat, the large top hex cap nut LOCKS the adjusting screw to hold the adjustment setting, after the screw is turned in-out as needed to set the spring tension opening pressure.
