Just as a comparison...not as pretty as the one your looking at but does have power steering.

nice tractor.
I thought the price was a little high, but if everything works, fair price for that one.
*6* tractors....make sure the dual clutch is working right.
Drive it to see if it pops out of third gear....fairly common.
Hundred and 01 series, make sure the gas shutoff and tank doesn't leak. Check carefully around the front tank mounting bracket for seepage. Common leak place because of the front single mounting bolt which allows tank flex from sloshing.
Check for proper governor operation, looks like it has had some work up there.(could be just a shadow in the pic)

Always room to negotiate...
........and with that rear wheel offset and those lugnuts, I'd be searching that barn for pie weights.......
