Got the primer on this morning. Took about 1.5 quart. Now what do I do with the rest of the gallon? Another project tractor???

Did you mask your jack stands or is your paint equipment able to control the paint that well?

Nope. Didn't mask them. That's the new LVLP sprayer I'm using. Controls perfectly with almost no over spray. I sprayed the primer at 19 psi with a 1.7 mm tip. I'll come down to 14 or 15 for the paint and go to a smaller 1.5 tip. The nice thing about the LVLP is it runs great on a 2 hp compressor with a 20 gallon receiver. Keeps up no problem at all and cycles nicely. Sprayer operates at 3.5 - 4 cfm.

looks good - - should end up being a nice clean nearly 60yo tractor - I used a similar one today working up a couple acres so to sow a cover crop before the forecast rain on Wednesday - yours will be much prettier than my unit -

post a picture of your spray rig when you get a chance -
