oil coming out under steering wheel on a 2110 ford industrial yellow tractor. can anyone show me the seal(S) on steering shaft .thanks

There were two different Ford tractors made at different times that carried the 2110 model number. The earlier one was the Low Center of Gravity (LCG) model within the 1965-1974 2000 series which had a 3 cylinder engine, and the later one was a 4 cylinder compact tractor made from 1983-1986 by Shibaura in Japan for Ford. It is always best to tell us which specific model it is. Technically, there was actually a third 2110, which was the row crop variant of the even earlier 1963-1964 4 cylinder 2000 series, but no one ever calls that one a 2110, they are referred to as a "2000 rowcrop".

Since you call it an "industrial yellow tractor" I assume that it is the 1965-1974 3 cylinder LCG 2110 model, as those were used mainly for highway mowing and a lot of them were painted yellow. That model was available with either manual steering or power steering, so it is also best to mention which type of steering yours has when discussing a steering issue, but I assume that yours has power steering because the manual steering model wouldn't have hydraulic oil anywhere in the steering column.

Here is a link to the parts drawing for the power steering gear assembly for the 1965-1974 2110 LCG tractor, which includes the seals:

If my assumptions were not correct and you have the later 4 cylinder 2110 Japanese made 2110 Compact Tractor model, then here is the link to the power steering gear assembly for that model:
