Hey everyone I have a ford 9600 tractor that is leaking around the pto shaft I replace the pto seal and it's still leaking some one told me that's there is a oring behind the snap ring but can't figure out how to get to it any help would be appreciated

The o ring seals the removeable PTO output shaft and the support it slides into. Remove the snapping and PTO shaft, the o ring is right there.

Not if you remove only the shaft.
