I have been givin a 850 ford that has been sitting for about 30 years. Rebuilt engine and got it running but the 3 point hitch will not go down. Talked to the man I got it from and he said that it wouldn't go down before he parked it 30 years ago. Any ideas of what is wrong and how to fix it? Thanks
