Ford 5200 Front Tires and Rims

I've got some more to do on the 5200 but the brakes work and I repaired the lift. Really just down to some wiring and a few other projects but it is now mechanically sound. The guy that sold me the 5200 took the tires off of it and put some little donuts on it before he turned it over. Just to kick me while I was down.

Does anyone know what the stock front tire size was TractorData doesn't specify exactly but references 7.5-16. TractorData isn't always correct. I don't want to feel like I'm driving up hill all day.

What are any of y'all running on the front of a 5000 that you like?

7.50X16 sounds about right and it the size used on most tractor as in 16 inch by what ever.

There were several options, in both width and diameter. 15" were standard, 16" and 18" were optional. The 5200 I had wore 7.50x15's
and 15.5x38's. Sat about right. Saw one at an auction with 7.50x18's and 16.9x30's - that one really ran uphill!

Would be helpful to know if it is a wide front or tricycle and what size rear tires it has.

Limbhangers,
I had a 7200, agree with others that rears affect what is correct on front.
Mine had 18.4 x 34 on rear and 7.50 x 18 on front.
That combo was about right.

Both of our 5200s have 7.60-16 on the front, I think. Maybe 15. Would have to look for sure. Rears are 15.5-38. Wide front adj axle and seams level and right.

7.50-16 was the standard front. Rear could have been anything from a 16.9-30 or 18.4-30 to a 13.6-38 to 15.5-38. On the RC the 15.5-38 would
be most likely. They all stand roughly the same height.

The odd one has 7.50x18 fronts. Just enough of them around for me to stock a tube or two that size.
