I'm wanting a small tractor to use as a lawnmower for acreage. I'm wanting a diesel and hydrostatic drive that i can use a belly mower deck. What year and model Ford fits the bill??

Should have also stated that I already have 2 other Ford's and use a 6ft finish mower on the larger areas now.

Depending on your exact hp and deck size requirements there are a number of small Ford tractors that were made by Shibaura of Japan for Ford. Most of the earlier ones were gear transmissions although they did make hydrostatic transmissions in some starting with the xx10 models. Look for any of the models below, but be aware that most were available with either manual or hydro trans, so be sure to ask which one any particular tractor has when you're responding to ads if the ad doesn't specify:

1110
1120
1210
1215
1220
1320
1520
1620

If looking for a late model diesel hydrostat with MMM, I would get a Kubota.

Ford or NH would be well down the list.

(quoted from post at 08:06:41 07/01/17) I appreciate the responses. I don't want a zero turn and I would rather have a Ford.

You might look at the Ford LGT models then. I think that there was an LGT 16D that was 16 HP with a Shibaura 3 cyl. diesel

How many acres and what else do you plan to do with a tractor? Many of todays compact models can't pull a two bottom plow. I'd forego any old FORD or other type riding mower. An old 8N or Hundred Series with a finish mower or brush hog might be the ticket, a heckuva lot cheaper than a new or used modern orange and black; green and yeller; or blue and white model. With a decent running older model at least you can plow fields, plow snow, grade drives; mow grass; cultivate; plant; disc; and much more.

Tim, He has posted that he has other Fords, one of which mounts a 6 ft Finnish mower. He specifically wants Hydro, Ford and diesel

As pointed out I already have the larger tractor work covered with 2 tractors, implements and a front end loader. I'm wanting a comfortable hydro drive diesel that we can mow with. I want hydro as mowing with a clutch isn't for me.

Ford never made a hydro tractor.
Shibaura made some for Ford that carried the Ford name like listed above.
New Holland has the Boomer series that are hydro as well as the lower hp T and TC series.
