Ford 631 ?

Good Morning All.
Just picked up what was labeled as a 631 Workmaster. Just above the Serial Number, it was Stamped 631. Thing is, there is a PTO.
And from what I've read, 631 did not come with a PTO.
Could these models be fit with one or optioned with one at purchase?
Or was this baby pieced together?
 
It's likely in was dealer installed at time of purchase as mine was on my 631. it also did not come with proofmeter and tool box with could have also been installed later.

Thanks. Your's is a Beaut! I was thinking that there shouldn't have been an issue adding one at a later date. The money may not have been there for some at the initial purchase.
