Ford 3 cyl zenith carb adjustment

Can anyone tell me where the float adjust is on these Zenith carbs? I see the spring loaded idle speed right under where the carb bolts up. I also see two bolts that have red colored thread sealer. One facing me and the other facing the front of tractor. They are both towards the front top of carb. Looks like they can be adjusted but don't want to fool with them until I know exactly what they do. Thanks

Upper is idle and you turn it in to make it richer and out for leaner. Lower is main jet and you turn it out for richer and in for leaner

Ok so black bolt my left finger is pointing to is main mixture and black bolt my right finger is pointing to would be idle mixture. Thanks.

Idle adjustment which is the one up top by the manifold is in for rich and out for lean. Main jet which is the lower one is in for lean out for rich. They are like ever screw/bolt that is normal left for out or loose right for in or tight
