I am looking at a 641 with intentions of installing a
loader. How complicated is it to go full two way? Can
I use the factory pump? It would mainly be the wife's
utility tractor so dosnt have to be fast or lift a ton.
Just some landscaping and i would use it for snow
removal. Also will it run a three point tiller? I know an
8n won't go slow enough. Thanks.

A 641 is a 4-speed, with essentially the same gearing as an 8N. It is not suited for running a tiller, unless you manage to find a Howard auxiliary transmission for it.
As far as the loader... by "full two way" I'm assuming you mean double acting hydraulics for both the boom and bucket. You need either a two-spool valve on your tractor (to use the tractor's hydraulic system) or a loader with a front pump... and in either case, double acting cylinders on the loader. Most loaders for that age/size of tractor will have a front pump if they have a hydraulic bucket. That is what I'd look for... and just make sure that the lift cylinders are double acting.

#1 the 641 and a tiller do not mix well if at all unless you have sand for soil. BTDT on my 841 and it does not work at all.
As for front end loader unless you have power steering you do not want one unless your the hulk.
As for the hyd pump you want the crank shaft driven pump since the tractor hyds while it will do it will be super slow and causes other problems and finding the hyd control plat for the ford while it can be done is not easy and the cost is high
