971 power steering cylinder repair

So my 971 power steering cylinder leaks out almost completely over night. I want to fix it. I've referenced postings here which say part 231128 is what I need however cnh shows 87029510 as what I need.

Anyone have some pictures on how to fix this cylinder before I spend 70 to 110 bucks on seals. Addition advice?

This is a true farm work tractor that is stored outside so the most economical option is best.
 

I rebuilt one 5-6 years ago, it was straight forward. One tip; do not put a full size standard grease fitting on the back of the housing where the shuttle goes back and forth. It will cause it to jamb.
 
I bought the whole seal kit from Ford a while back. Some of the seal packs said mineral oil only. Does anyone know anything about that spec?
