Can you tell me what these controls are For?[/img]

Tractor had an Everett trencher on it at some past time in history and those two hollow bolt control rods operated a diverter valve and the lift control valve for the trencher.

It's only 64 years old, why wouldn't it work?
Might still be under warranty.
