Steering Box Leak

I think the steering box is leaking (on a 1963 Ford 2000 4cyl gasoline-powered tractor). But before I pull the fill bolt to check and maybe top off the oil level, I just want to make sure I'm on the right bolt.

Is that the right one (about 2 inches below the regulator)? Or is that something I shouldn't mess with?

I couldn't get an image to upload here, so I put the picture at

In your picture, about 2 inches under the regulator was a plug on the steering box.. and yes.. that's the one.

Thanks, souNdguy. Weather permitting, I'll be getting a socket wrench onto that thing over the weekend, and find out if it's low.
