Stuck clutch

The clutch is stuck on my Jubilee. It"s only been stuck less than a month. I"ve tried jumping on the brakes both while moving and jacked up. I read on the archives where a hole was drilled behind the starter to access the rear of the flywheel. Has anyone done this? Can you give any details, location, size, etc. TIA. I plan to start with 1/4 inch so I can enlarge it with a hole saw if needed and tap for a plug.

Why drill a hole,Block clutch pedal down and just pop the steering box up. Or put starter with bent straw or make the split. If you do get it unstuck, slip the clutch when driving and Than block the pedal down when not in use.

When driving one with a stuck clutch it can take a while before it frees up since things need to get good and warm. Plus being able to load it up helps a whole lot like say a back blade or other such thing to make it have to pull hard. Plus blocking the pedal down when it is parked will help a whole lot. Plus pull the starter off and use brake cleaner spray and spray the clutch down and turn the engine so as to cover the whole clutch
