When I got it, the lift arms would only go up 18" with no weight.
After verifying and resolving issues with pressure, nothing changed.
So I took the top cover/lift chest off and went through it.
I really didn't find anything wrong except some stuck parts and
a bunch of crud. So I cleaned it, adjusted it and put it back on.
Today I was disking with it.
It's not perfect, I think I have an adjustment too tight, because
with the touch control lever in the lower position, the engine
above 600 RPMs and no weight on the arms they will creep all
the way up to full lift. They will go down even with it running
600+ if I stand on them. ~215lbs. They will stay down at idle.
With a load on it, both draft and position control work as expected.
I'm inclined to leave it as is unless there's a reason not to.
