I need to know the year, model, and make. I
believe it is a gas. Can someone help me?

Model# 42022G tractor # C190719, engine C46,
PC183630646, C5 6015, 6F273.

Model# 42022G :
420 = 4200 (4000 series row crop model)
First 2 = Gasoline engine
Second 2 = transmission driven (non-live) PTO
G = 4/4 manual reversing transmission

tractor # C190719 - Early 1968 serial number

Never heard of a 4200 row crop with a manual reversing transmission though. Those were usually installed into the Utility(4400) or Industrial (4500) models in the 4000 series.

Are you sure that you didn't mistype the model number, and it didn't actually start with 440 or 450?

Also, the unit Number would tell us the exact date of assembly, but since the model number starts with a 4 instead of the letter D and it has an early 1968 serial number, it's safe to say that it was made sometime between 1/1/68 and 3/31/68.

My email is open in Modern View. If you are viewing in Classic View there should be a link near the top right corner of the page that says "Modern View". If there is a link at the top that says "Classic View" then you are already in modern view. Once you are in Modern View click on the email button at the bottom of my post.

If you send me pictures of the numbers along with some pictures of the tractor itself I can post them in the thread here and hopefully be able to tell you what it is.
