Heads-up SOS clarification

Acaswell, located in SW Utah. Dean-Sean & Ultradog, you guys are right as usual. To switch one of these Tractors from standard to SOS
involves different rear axle plus removal of clutch , I think different bell housing. Hardly worth the effort. Cooling lines are optional, trans are
plumbed for the connection. I would think it would depend on how hard you planned to work the tractor. I certainly was not planning on that
kind of change. If someone out there has a 2-3000 SOS that has a bad trans. These are available to bolt right in. WAY cheaper than repairing.

Agreed, Tequila.

Wish I had a 2/3000 four speed so that I could buy your transmissions.

Zeke, unfortunately not close, I am in SWUtah. I have a local shipping co. I have used, that have good prices but w/o checking I would guess it would cost 3-400$. To move it to New York area.

If a guy bought one of them he might consider buying them both.
I think they would both fit on one pallet and shipping wouldn't be double.
Board member White Halftrack has mentioned a couple of times that he's had good luck shipping with Fastenal at low cost. They're not a shipper you'd use if you were in a hurry but if "one of these days" works they're worth looking into.

Also, the hauling schedule ads here at YT might be an option too.
