NAA hydraulic lift won't stay up

Hi,
I have a NAA Golden Jubilee. The lift arms leak down. The lift cylinder is in good shape with no scoring and the piston has a good O-ring with the backing ring installed. What other things can I look for that might cause this problem? Is there a valve for the lift control that could be leaking?

Is there a valve that could be leaking well yes how else is it control to go up and down when you want it to??? But before going after things do simple trouble shooting. Pull the inspection plate and have a look see as to what is going on and if there is any leaks in the cylinder area or a gasket or other such place

Green shows all the places that must hold pressure to not leak down & that also means any gasketed mating surfaces in those paths.
