So I got the rear split done, the new pto seal in, the thicker thrust washer on the output shaft in and finally able to check pressures and adjust.
Following the I&T manual for checking pressures, R2 should have pressure at all 3 servos. But I have none on servo 3, but if I go to 5-10 gear the servo does have pressure. What could be fouled up to cause this situation? Or is by chance the book wrong? I think the book might be wrong as looking at the chart, R3 band isn't shaded, which I think means there should be pressure there. What say the experts?

Also my lube pressure is low, but unfortunately that valve is already bottomed out so I do know there's a leak somewhere and I think I need to go thru the whole thing. But I don't think these two issues have anything to do with each other.

Bands 2 and 3 are hydraulically released. Therefore B3 should not show pressure in any ratios except 5 thru 10.

As to your lube situation, say more about what you mean by "is low".

Larry, after going through and adjusting all of the valves per the manual, I can maintain 4-4.5 lbs on the lube circuit. This is more than the 2 lbs that I had the other day. So I think I'll be good to go for a while, I hope.
