Chumbleweed

Hi everyone, well I got the 2810 out to do food plots this weekend. About half way throught my work fluid starting coming out about 4 inches below my steering wheel and I eventually lost my power steering. Does anyone have any idea what seal my have failed and if it's in the shaft or the hydro distubution valve just below the shaft? Thanks for any help.

That is a newer tractor than I'm used to.
Looking at cnh parts breakdown it appears to
have the later style steering box.
Never been into one of those.
But it looks like there is an upper tube
that bolts to tbe main steering column. So
undoubtedly there would be a seal in that.
You will need to pull the center hood,
steering wheel and cowel to get at it. Then
pull that upper tube and look for a seal.
Can't be too hard of a job. Worst part about
any of these 3 cyl steering columns is
pulling the tin off to get at them.
