Ford 1710 smoking from around injector

I recently replaced the copper gasket and heat shield on the bottom of the middle injector and it continued to blow smoke out around the "screw" that the injector screws into. It has 4 slots around the screw. Then I replaced the Copper gasket after removing the glow plug and pre combustion chamber. It still smokes. I know I was not able to properly torque the "screw" because I do not have the correct tool. Is this my issue or did I miss something else in the head?

Probably a combination of poor assembly torque and carbon or other debris in the injector seat. It's a do-over with a new copper washer at any rate.

I have the same problem. How did you remove the pre-combustion chamber?
