Changing belts on 901

I am changing belts on a 901, but the belts do not seem to come between the pulley and the frame.

There are 4 7/16 bolts and 1 big center nut, I pulled the 4 out, but nothing seems to be coming loose.

Suggestions please.

Do you have the dirt cover under the belts remove from the bottom of the fractor?v4 3/8s bolts. The belts will then come out, a tight fit, without removing bolts from the crankshaft.
