Ford Jubilee - Lower Hood Panel Replacement

I bought new lower hood panels for my 53 Jubilee and noticed that they are not held together with bolts and look to be welded.

This is the first time restoring a tractor and I was would like to see if anyone here has replaced these in the past and if you could let me know of procedure or any tips.

I don't want to damage the upper hood panel so tips on how to get these apart and put the new lower hood panels on would be appreciated.

Those are separate pieces that are spot welded at the factory. There is a special tiny hole saw that you can get that will enable you to drill through the metal on one side without getting much into the other side. They have them on the harbor freight web site though probably not in the store.
