Ford 2600 Oil leak, what fitting?

I have a minor oil leak on my block coming
from an odd fitting. It's right behind the
hydraulic pump and in front of the oil
filter. Not sure if it is threaded or not,
didn't want to wrench on it too hard until I
heard what it is.

Any help is appreciated!

Oil pressure sender.

I see no wire on it.. So I take it you are using the faith principle of oil pressure.

I just bought the tractor. I guess a wire should be going up to the idiot light then? I had to order a whole new dash for it as well.
Is there a way to tighten that sender?

Yes, power steering pump. Later post identified it's the oil pressure sender. Is there a way to tighten it?

they tend to leak from internal problems, not from the threads, for the protection of your engine spend the money and replace it.
This site also offers it
link to switch

Thank you for the link! I was thrown off by what looks like it's a knurled knob of some sort.

I ordered it from this site, and to make the shipping worth it, I ordered a bunch of other items as well...

On my '73 4000, which looks like the same kind of sender as in your picture with what you describe as a "knurled knob", the end of the wire that connects to it is an ordinary slide on female spade connector and it goes on by aligning the flat part of the connector parallel with the side of the engine lock and then sliding it on to the "knurled knob" from the side. If mine hadn't already been connected when I first bought my tractor so that I saw how it was connected, it would have driven me crazy trying to figure out how it goes on.
